Get your week back from copy-paste.

Every enquiry you retype into a spreadsheet is time you could have spent on billable work. I connect the tools you already use with n8n and Zapier so leads, invoices and notifications move themselves.

The admin isn't the job.
It just eats the job.

Nobody starts a business to re-enter the same client details into three different tools. But it creeps in — a form here, a spreadsheet there, a reminder you set yourself — until a meaningful share of every week goes to moving information between places that should already be talking.
Worse, manual steps get skipped when you’re busy. That’s usually when the lead that never got followed up quietly costs you more than the admin ever did.

Where the time goes

Connect what you already have. Change as little as possible.

The goal isn’t new software. It’s making your current tools stop needing you as the middleman.

An audit before a build

First we work out which repetitive tasks are actually worth automating — some are, plenty aren’t, and building the wrong one wastes money.

n8n or Zapier, whichever fits

Zapier for fast, simple connections you can manage yourself; n8n when volume or complexity makes per-task pricing painful.

Your tools, actually talking

Forms, inbox, CRM, calendar, spreadsheets and invoicing connected so information arrives where it’s needed without you moving it.

Leads routed the moment they land

A new enquiry reaches the right person immediately, rather than sitting in an inbox until someone happens to check.

Tested, not just wired together

Including the failure paths — what happens when a tool is down or someone submits something unexpected.

Documented, not a black box

Written documentation and a walkthrough, so the automation isn’t something only I understand.

What an automation project covers.

Scoped around the tasks costing you the most time, in the order they’re worth fixing.

In every project

Common automations

Find the waste, then remove it.

Automation is only worth it where the time saved outlasts the cost of building it — so that’s what we work out first.
01

Audit

We map what you and your team actually do by hand each week, and how long it really takes.
02

Prioritise

Which tasks are worth automating, which aren’t, and what order delivers value soonest.
03

Build & test

Workflows built in n8n or Zapier and tested properly, including what happens when something goes wrong.
04

Hand over

Documentation and a walkthrough so your team can run and adjust it without depending on me.

The questions people ask first.

Zapier is quicker to set up and easier to manage yourself, but charges per task, which adds up at volume. n8n has far more control when workflows get complicated. I’ll recommend whichever genuinely suits your volume and budget.

Usually not — the whole point is connecting what you already have. If a tool genuinely can’t integrate, I’ll tell you and we’ll weigh up whether it’s worth switching.

Workflows are built with error handling so you get told when something fails, rather than discovering it weeks later.

Usually the opposite. Small teams feel admin hardest because there’s nobody to delegate it to — so removing it has a bigger proportional effect.

Possibly. Both n8n and Zapier’s plan cost sits with you, in your own account. I’ll lay out the options and roughly what each costs before you commit to an approach.

Tell me what you and your team keep doing by hand. I’ll tell you what’s worth automating, what isn’t, and what it would take.
