Zapier for fast, simple connections you can manage yourself; n8n when volume or complexity makes per-task pricing painful.
Zapier is quicker to set up and easier to manage yourself, but charges per task, which adds up at volume. n8n has far more control when workflows get complicated. I’ll recommend whichever genuinely suits your volume and budget.
Workflows are built with error handling so you get told when something fails, rather than discovering it weeks later.
Possibly. Both n8n and Zapier’s plan cost sits with you, in your own account. I’ll lay out the options and roughly what each costs before you commit to an approach.
