Stop finding out your site is broken from a customer.

Updates, security, backups and health checks, handled quietly in the background every month — with a plain-English summary of exactly what was done. So your WordPress site keeps earning while you get on with running the business.

Most sites don't break on launch day. They break in month seven.

The site you launched was current the day it went live. Then WordPress shipped an update, a plugin author pushed a change, another one stopped being maintained entirely, and a vulnerability was published for a component you forgot was installed.
Nothing looks wrong from the outside — right up until a contact form silently stops sending, a page starts throwing an error, or someone finds a way in. Known vulnerabilities in outdated plugins are one of the most common ways WordPress sites get compromised, and they’re almost always preventable.
A care plan is the boring, unglamorous work that stops all of that from becoming your problem.

What tends to go wrong

Everything your site needs, every month.

Six areas of work, handled on an agreed schedule. This is the scope of the plan — written plainly so you know exactly what you’re getting.
01

Core updates that don't take your site down

02

Plugins that stay current — and don't fight each other

03

The easy ways in, closed

04

A backup you'll actually be able to restore

05

Problems found before your customers find them

06

You always know exactly what was done

And what a care plan doesn't cover.

Said up front so there are no awkward conversations later. Every one of these is work I can do — it’s just quoted separately rather than bundled into a monthly fee, because the effort varies enormously from one job to the next.

Three steps, no obligation.

Pricing depends on the size of your site and how much cover it needs, so it’s agreed on the call rather than guessed at from a table.
01

We talk it through

A free discovery call. You tell me what the site does for the business and what it runs on; I ask the questions that tell me what shape it’s in.
02

You get the scope and the price

I recommend a plan level, backup frequency and reporting period, and quote a fixed monthly figure. It’s all in writing before anything begins.
03

It gets handled

The work happens quietly on schedule. Each reporting period you get a summary of what was updated, what was found, and what I’d suggest next.

The things people ask before signing up.

Simple, no commitment pricing. Pay $99 for the first month, and $79 for the succeeding months. Cancel anytime.

We will monitor your website every week on Fridays for any changes. We will send the report every last Friday of the month.

No. I take on sites built by other people regularly. The first thing I do is review what’s actually there and tell you honestly what condition it’s in — including if I think it needs work before a plan makes sense.

If it’s a covered recovery event, I’ll assist with restoration from the most recent verified backup. What counts as covered is agreed on the call and written into your plan, so you’re never guessing at the worst possible moment.

Usually, yes. Backups, monitoring and some hardening can’t be done without it. We’ll agree exactly what access is needed and why — and it stays your hosting, your account, your control.

You’ll hear what I found, what the actual risk is, and what I’d recommend doing about it. If remediation goes beyond maintenance scope, you get a separate quote before any work happens. Nothing gets done to your site — or billed — without you agreeing to it first.

Yes, you may cancel anytime.

The discovery call is free and there’s no obligation. We’ll look at what your site runs on, and I’ll tell you straight what level of cover it actually needs — even if that turns out to be none.
